Sauna&Bath

Q: I'm unhappy, I'm sure it sounds very stupid but I wonder.

A: No, the water needed to make steam, and I would not put water near a furnace - very dangerous!

Q: I need my whole bathroom to be like a nice steamy sauna, is this possible?
I can't see any examples online on what I would need to do this.
I surmise it would need to be fully tiled (walls and ceiling) and have a good fitting door.
